GREEN PARTY CANDIDATE FOR MAYOR REV BILLY TALEN FILES OVER 18,000 SIGNATURES AT BOARD OF ELECTIONS TO APPEAR ON NOVEMBER BALLOT
Today, after six weeks of petitioning in the summer heat, the Rev Billy Talen campaign for Mayor Of The City Of New York will file over 18,000 signatures at the New York City Board Of Elections office in an application to appear on the ballot in the November 3rd election.
Over 100 participants in the petition drive worked tirelessly to collect the signatures of NYC registered voters for the Green Party candidate. Rev Billy Talen is running for mayor to make New York a more Livable, Vibrant, Healthy and Safe city.
Other Green Party candidates for NYC Offices who filed petitions this week include:
- Evergreen Chou for City Council District 20, Queens
- Walter Nestler for City Council District 18, The Bronx
- David Pechefsky for City Council District 39, Brooklyn
- Lynne Serpe for City Council District 22, Queens
With Rev Billy Talen’s campaign for Mayor and the above candidates for City Council, New Yorkers will have choices on the ballot representing the RISE OF THE FABULOUS 500 NEIGHBORHOODS on November 3rd.
